Job Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a degree in Engineering

With at least 1 year experience preferred

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Must possess good negotiation skills and advance knowledge in MS Office specially MS Excel

Must be attentive, keen to details, goal-oriented responsible, with good moral character and high level of integrity

Job Description

• Selects vendors, places orders, and may arrange for service contract.

• Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates

• Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.

• Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies.

• May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Determines the inventory on hand, if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

• Tracks deliveries and make sure their companies receive exactly what was ordered from suppliers

• physically check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered

• answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy

• Follow up Purchase Orders

• Sorting out of expenses

• Performs related job duties as required
